Building an AI layer over the professional graph: it reads what you're working on and finds the person in your network who has already solved it. I own the product direction, the retrieval architecture and the model work.

Lead both sides of client delivery: the paid acquisition that buys the traffic and the sites that have to convert it. Owning the ad account and the build at once removes the usual argument about whose number it is.

Built an AI product alone and sold it inside six months. Every call was mine: the document-parsing pipeline that turned arbitrary PDFs into typed data, the chatbot grounded on it, the pricing, the launch. Read the market's shape early enough to take an exit instead of grinding a business with structurally bad retention.

A vendor quote came in higher than the campaign was worth, so I built the sender instead, 92% cheaper on AWS SES. Turned the script into resumable, rate-limited, self-hostable infrastructure and open-sourced it.

Ran paid acquisition across seven platforms with budget accountability on each. Learned to kill what doesn't return, still the most useful product instinct I have.

Built the landing pages, then owned the traffic that hit them. First role where I was accountable for both the code and the number it produced, which is where I stopped treating them as separate jobs.

Taught Python and its applications online. Explaining a system to someone who has never seen it is still the fastest way I know to find out whether I actually understand it.
2019 — 2021
Ran a web development and marketing agency on weekends. Sold the work, built the work, and carried the P&L. The first time I owned a business end to end rather than a task inside one.
